Our journey began with careful preparation—developing our brand identity, planning our product offering and laying the foundations for the business. This groundwork led to the formal registration of AETHEL (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. with SECP and FBR on 9 March 2026, marking an important step in bringing our vision to life.

Formal Registration — AETHEL (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. completes its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
